After greeting the students as they entered Colegio de Nuestra Señora de Andacollo this morning, I walked home. I saw the gentleman on this horse-drawn cart approaching, and I whipped out my camera to snap a photo. Santiago is a place with 3G phone service. In fact, there are more cell phones here than landlines, and, yet, you can still see a horse-drawn cart roll down the street.
