Save your skin from the sun… rather, from the damage the sun can cause. While many sunscreen lotions cost a bomb, a recent study has found that many of the cheaper sunscreens protect your skin better. Most consumers check only for the SPF when buying a sunscreen lotion. But, actually, there is no big difference between SPF 20 and SPF 90. Its just about .0001!
In India, it is more important to check for UVA protection. The ultraviolet radiation from the sun damages the skin and can also cause skin cancer. So look out for a UVA protection lotion. Those with acne and pimples should opt for a gel-based sunscreen instead of a cream-based one. The most important thing is to apply sunscreen lotion before stepping out, and replenish it every two hours, when outdoors.
