Ingredients

1. 5 papads
2. 2 onions, chopped
3. 2 tomatoes, chopped
4. 1tsp red chilli powder


5. 1tsp salt
6. 1tsp chaat masala
7. 3/4 cup cheese spread, softened to room temperature

Method:

1. Roast the papad on the gas for about 1 minute. Break into four pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the onions and tomatoes. Add the salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala.
3. Spread the papad pieces in an oven-proof dish.
4. Top with the onion mixture and then the cheese spread.
5. Place in an oven or under a hot grill for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese starts to bubble.
6. Remove and eat immediately before it becomes soggy.
